Here at Central Oregon Labor Relations (COLR) we focus exclusively on employment and labor representation. Therefore we are accessible to employers large and small. COLR helps employers work on Labor and Employee Relations. This includes but is not limited to interpreting contracts, rules and policies; participating in bargaining and negotiations; consulting and coaching managers and supervisors; review discipline and grievance responses; responding to union requests; coordinating countywide committees including layoff and compensation reviews; reviewing KSA’s; drug & alcohol policy administration; FMLA, OFLA and MFLA requests and training; and help manage unemployment claims.
